Join me in Christchurch at The Food Show as I demonstrate how to create authentic Thai recipes using local ingredients.
I will take you through my favourite ways to use Khao Khua (ข้าวคั่ว) – a toasted rice powder used in many Thai dishes like larb and nam tok (grilled steak salad), with some kiwi twists like using venison.

Gatherings restaurant champions hyper-seasonal, local produce in Christchurch NZ. As such it’s the perfect space to create a dining experience that blends my love for Thai flavours with a commitment to sustainability.
The event will centre on Aotearoa’s outstanding seafood—whole fish, oysters, and carefully crafted fish dishes—alongside seasonal vegetable-focused plates that highlight the balance of bold Thai flavours and fresh, local produce. The menu will be designed to encourage the guests to engage with the food, the stories behind it, and each other.

Verve x Nat pop-up | Wanaka nz
You’re invited to an evening of snacking, drinking and general good times as I return to my Aotearoa home for this special pop-up at Verve, Wanaka.
The evening will feature a $69pp snacky Thai menu by me, optional wine pairing by the Verve team, and all food proceeds going to our mate Emma’s Fight for Life Fund.

I’ll be taking over the Muttonbird kitchen for a tasty feast of my fav dishes alongside a couple from George himself.
George has been a massive influence in my food journey, so I'm honoured to be able to give back with all proceeds (from all my NZ pop-ups) going to Emma's Fight for Life.
